The Forecast Scorecard Report - January 27, 2020
Our investment process relies on objective indicators that provide us with a comprehensive view of the overall health of the market. The past couple of days have seen an increase in volatility and a 3% break in the S&P 500. This week is an important one considering the data coming out of the US.
- Tuesday: Consumer Confidence
- Wednesday: Fed's Interest Rate Decision
- Thursday: 4th Quarter 2019 GDP Number (Keep an eye out for this one)
- Friday: Consumer Sentiment
The Fed's decision and the GDP number should give us a glimpse into whether this break is the start of something new.
